Dr. Diana Liu, DDS, MBA, 200-YTT, CHC

Dr. Diana Liu is a practicing general dentist and the founder of Rest to Thrive, a wellness education company focused on supporting rest, mindfulness, and nervous system health in high-performance professions.

For more than a decade, Dr. Liu has studied, practiced, and taught mindfulness-based approaches to stress management and well-being. She is also a certified yoga and meditation teacher and delivers educational workshops, programs, and retreats for dental professionals and corporate teams, integrating wellness tools to support high performance and high stress environments, 

Her personal experience with burnout, chronic pain, and insomnia led her to explore the science and profound benefits of mindfulness, nervous system health, and restorative practices - transforming her own health and professional sustainability.

Today, Dr. Liu is dedicated to supporting individuals and organizations in integrating rest and mindfulness as foundational life skills, promoting greater balance, presence, resilience, and fulfillment in the clinic and at home.
