Module 2: Revealing Your Authentic Self with Sound
Let resting in sound be the doorway to your intuition and truth. Explore how sound and vibration shift your brainwaves, calms your system, and becomes a tuning fork to your inner voice and truth. Clarify your core values and uncover your true version of success and dream life, one that actually aligns with your heart and authentic Self. Who were you before the world told you who you should be? Sound doesn’t just soothe, it reveals who you truly are beneath the noise.

Module 3: Soul Alignment Through Yoga Nidra
Access deep rest that reveals the next steps of your soul. Through the powerful rest practice of Yoga Nidra, you’ll experience delta and theta brainwave states that restore your body and awaken your inner knowing. Learn how to move through fear and self-doubt while still aligning with your deepest desires. Module 4: A Lifestyle of Rest
Rest isn’t something you earn, it’s how you live. Learn to integrate micro-moments of rest into your everyday life so you’re not waiting until burnout, illness, loss, or a break down to slow down. Tune into your body’s signals and build your own intuitive rest toolkit that fits your season, your flow, and your nervous system. Because sacred rest can (and should) feel easy, nourishing, and natural.

Module 5: Nervous System Literacy
Decode your survival patterns and reclaim your power. Learn how your nervous system works, how to work with difficult emotional states, reactions, and triggers; and how to create connection, presence, and safety in your body. Understand the science of regulation, flexibility, somatic, and embodiment so you can gently move from overwhelm to connection, without bypassing your emotions. When you understand your body, you stop looping into the same patterns over and over again, and start healing and rewiring your system.

Module 6: Transforming Fight + Flight
Alchemize your irritation and anxiety into clarity and healing. When fight (anger, irritation, frustration) or flight (avoidance, anxiety, distraction) shows up as nervous system responses, learn to move that energy through and out of your body instead of suppressing it. This results in these energies getting stuck in the body, which manifests as physical, mental, emotional tension and dis-ease. These aren’t flaws, they’re signals. You’ll discover how to meet them with tools that return you to safety. Rest becomes possible when survival energy has somewhere to go.

Module 7: Reclaiming from Freeze + Fawn
Soften the people-pleasing. Find your truth, desires, and needs. Explore how fawning (over giving, people pleasing, self abandonment) and freeze (numbness, dissociation) are nervous system responses, not character flaws. With compassion and embodied tools, begin to unwire these nervous system patterns, slowly, gently, lovingly. This is about reclaiming your voice, your needs, your no’s, and your boundaries.

Module 8: Embodying the Rested Woman
Rest isn't something you do, it's who you BE. Explore the Rested Woman Archetype and reconnect with the version of you who is grounded, alive, and whole. Release old identities rooted in stress, survival, and patriarchal programming and step into a more expansive sense of self that reflects your nervous system's healing. Who are you when you’re no longer rushing, proving, performing, or pleasing?

Module 9: Energetic Mastery
Stop outsourcing your energy, reclaim it from rest. Learn how to identify what is leaking and draining your energy. Seal energy leaks with intentional boundaries, phone / stimulation detoxes, and nervous system-friendly practices. Discover the difference between energy from cortisol or adrenaline versus true vitality from rest, and finally pour from a cup that’s full. Vitality isn’t found in coffee or adrenaline. It’s cultivated through accessing a deep rest state.

Module 10: Rewiring Your Relationship to Receiving
You’re allowed to ask for help. You’re allowed to receive. Let go of the Superwoman archetype and step into a life where you’re supported, resourced, and no longer doing it all alone. Learn how receiving is a nervous system skill, and a feminine strength. Let go of the one who always has to hold it all together and for everyone else. Your rest depends on your willingness to let others hold you too.

Module 11: Sync With Your Rhythms
Align with the rhythms of nature, not the pressure of the world. Discover how syncing with your circadian and ultradian rhythms can regulate your hormones, improve your sleep, and restore your energy. Design simple and restorative gentle morning and evening rituals that feel nourishing and supportive for your sleep - not rigid and schedule-bound. You are a rhythmic being, not a machine.

Module 12: Rest Through the Seasons of Womanhood
Rest looks different in each season, honor your shifting needs. From menstruation to pregnancy to postpartum to perimenopause, your body moves through many phases, and each requires a different relationship with rest. Learn how to listen to your hormones, biology, energy, and intuition in each stage of womanhood. This is rest that evolves with you as a woman, as you grow, cycle, and change.
