1. Acceptance of Terms
By using or accessing the Site in any manner — including viewing, browsing, or contributing content — you agree to these Terms and to any updates we make from time to time. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority (19 years old in British Columbia) and capable of forming a binding legal agreement to use this Site. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.


3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, downloads, and software — is owned or licensed by Rest to Thrive and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view, download, and print content solely for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use, reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited without our prior written consent.

4. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe the rights of others
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Site
  • Introduce malware, spam, or harmful code

5. Products and Services

6. Payments, Fees, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
If you purchase products or services, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment details. Fees are stated in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated.

     6.1 No Refund Policy

All purchases for the following programs are final and non-refundable:
  • From Aches to Ease – Mindful Tools for Dentistry
  • From Aches to Ease – The Full Program

Due to the digital nature of these programs and immediate access to proprietary materials, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted under any circumstances.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Inability to attend live sessions
  • Failure to complete the program
  • Technical issues on the participant’s side
  • Dissatisfaction with subjective experience

     6.2 Access to Materials

Upon purchase, you are granted access to digital materials, course content, downloadable resources, and/or live or recorded sessions.

Because access is provided immediately (or reserved for your cohort), your purchase secures your spot and access rights. This makes your enrollment non-cancelable and non-transferable.

     6.3 Live Sessions & Replays

If the program includes live components:

  • Attendance is optional but encouraged.
  • If you are unable to attend live, a replay may be provided when available.
  • Lack of attendance does not qualify for a refund.

     6.4 Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan:
You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.
Payment plans cannot be canceled once enrolled.
Failure to complete payments may result in revoked access and collection efforts.

     6.5 Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
You understand this is a non-refundable program.
You agree to the terms outlined above.
You waive any right to dispute or reverse charges for reasons inconsistent with this policy.


7. No Guarantees
We make no guarantees regarding specific results from the use of our services, programs, or information. Testimonials and examples are illustrative only and are not promises of outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of British Columbia, Rest to Thrive, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services.

9. Links to Third-Party Sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

10. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rest to Thrive regarding use of the Site.
